Payment
Payment will be made with credit card or e-transfer prior to your session or at the time of service.
Cancellation
Kindly provide 48 hours if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will be required to pay the total session fee. If you do not attend your appointment, it will be considered a no-show; you will be charged your full session fee. Payments are processed using the credit card on file.
Insurance
Please check with your insurance provider to ensure you have coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Sora Counselling and Wellness does not directly bill insurance companies however, if you have extended benefits that cover our services, you will be able to receive reimbursement through your insurance provider once you receive your receipt after payment.
